Programming remotely using phone hotspot

     Unable to connect Maxysis Ultra to samsung galaxy a70 hotspot.  Connects easily to my launch scanner.  Always getting "authentication" problem with Maxysis Ultra. 
    I need mobile hotspot to accomplish programming remotely.  
    Anyone know how to resolve this?

    You always need a stable internet connection for programming. A cell phone hot spot
    will not meet this requirement. A router is the best option.
